Dance Strong: 6 Week Fitness Challenge for Belly Dancers
2020 has interrupted most of our routines. Working from home and reduced access to gyms and dance studios can throw us into a rut when it comes to keeping active. We’re faced with modifying our habits and building new daily exercise habits at home.
I know that building a consistent exercise habit isn’t always easy. But I want to help you make it easier, and more fun. I want to help you stay strong not only physically, but mentally, this Winter. I also want to help you stay connected with other dancers, even when we’re still physically distanced.
