Plans are underway for the 2021-2022 school year which begins Monday, Aug.  23, 2021.

To help us plan transportation routes for the 2021-2022 school year, we are needing you to let us know, via this form, if your bus eligible child,  grades K-12, will or will not be using bus transportation for the upcoming school year.

Please complete this transportation information form, opting in or opting out of bus service,  for each child in your household who will be eligible for bus services during the 2021-2022 school year.  This form must be completed to allow the transportation department time to create new bus routes that will include an additional 3,000 high school students who will become eligible for service in 2021-2022 as well as students attending magnet schools.

You may use the same link to complete surveys for each child, grades K-12,  in your household who is bus eligible.

NOTE:  You will need your child's student ID number to complete this form.  If you do not have it, please contact your child's school.
