Crivitz Business Association Person of the Year Awards

Four categories: Adult, Up and Coming Leader under the age of 30, Business and Educator. All awards are presented at the annual CBA banquet held April 13,2026.

Judging will be done by a committee of CBA members and all decisions are final.

Entries are due March 9th and should be mailed to CBA, P.O. Box 202, Crivitz, Wi 54114. Forms are available online at www.crivitz.com
