This form is no longer in use.

Previously we used the form as a way for users to report moderation related incidents to the Moderation team. We are no longer using this form and ask you instead to email us at:

moderation@vrchat.com

When you email the Moderation team please describe the incident with names of the people involved. Proof in the form of pictures and especially videos goes a long way assisting us with the investigation.

Keep in mind that after you email Moderation the team is not able to discuss any details of any investigation due to privacy reasons. We also do not respond to all appeals.
