Christi Center School Grief Support Network Referral Form (2025-2026 SY)
For Central Texas CIS Program Managers referring an individual student. 

For Austin ISD mental health professionals, we have overall paused the SGSN In-School counseling program.

The exceptions are:

1) It depends on your campus (if we can be able to go to the school ourselves) and if we have explicit permission from your administration to provide counseling services on-site. 

2) If there is a CIS on campus. If there is, then if the students are enrolled in the program we can see them if the CIS counseling makes the referral to us.
