What to Expect:
Flower Essences are energetic tinctures made from the unique, vibrational quality of a specific plant. As we approach the Fall Equinox, we are entering our final harvest season at Squirrel Dance Farms, a queer owned and operated flower and herb farm just 45 minutes from West Philly! As things begin to wind down, we see some flower friends remaining in bloom, from wild flowers, to herbs, to garden flowers. Join us for a day of learning more about flower essences, going into the fields on this beautiful land and concocting our own essences from a flower we find on the farm, learn how to bottle and work with essences as energy medicine, and leave with your very own flower essence and the knowledge and supplies to continue making essences wherever life takes you! 

Our practice and approach is queer and trans affirming always. Working with the interdimensional aspects of Nature is inherently queer and trans affirming, and we look forward to welcoming all who wish to queer their relationships to land, healing, and magic! 

Participants should bring their own lunch. All materials (glass bowl, spring water, brandy, strainers, clippers, and bottles with labels) will be provided and are included in the cost of the workshop. Participation is limited to 8 guests total, and the actual exchange of running the program is $100/participant, though we offer a sliding scale of $75-125! The exact address will be emailed to you once you've registered and paid for the workshop.

 Keep in mind we will be outdoors for the majority of our time together, and you'll be invited to explore the 16 acre lot, find a flower, and sit on the earth with whatever plant friend calls to you. Let us know what you need to make this accessible for you!

This workshop will be held almost entirely outside on the farm and is weather permitting. In the event that we need to cancel the workshop due to weather, we will issue a partial (50%) refund. We will do our best to reschedule, but reserve the right to cancel this workshop if weather does not allow for us to be outdoors working with the land!   *
