The purpose of this questionnaire is to enable us to evaluate the Intensive Programme (IP) you attended at Weizmann Institute of Science, Tel Aviv, October 24-25 2018, as part of the iPEN project (Innovative Photonics Education in Nanotechnology). Your feedback is both important and confidential, and will allow the continual improvement of future Intensive Programmes.

This form is part of quality assurance plan of the project (work package leader, Dr. Katerina Zourou).
