Applying for Funding from the Alhambra Foundation
SUPPORTING UNITY INDIVIDUALS, GROUPS, MINISTRIES AND CHURCHES IN THEIR QUEST FOR
~ UNITY MINISTERIAL SCHOOL OR SPIRITUAL EDUCATION AND ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS
~ YOUTH EDUCATION, UNITEENS, OR Y.O.U. PROGRAMS
~ GROWING OR EXPANDING ESTABLISHED MINISTRIES,
~ PIONEERING NEW MINISTRIES AND CHURCHES
~ UNITY MUSIC AND MUSIC PROGRAMS.
• Grants, scholarships, or matching funds, generally up to $1000*, are offered only to Unity individuals, ministers and ministries, and organizations in the Southwest Unity Region. Our funds are limited to applications within our five mission areas and therefore, unfortunately, are not available for buildings, furniture, loans, operating expenses, rent, or staff salaries. Our five missions are.: 1) Unity Ministerial School (*up to $3000) or Spiritual Education and Enrichment programs; 2) Youth Education, Uniteens, or Y.O.U. programs; 3) Growing or expanding established ministries; 4) Pioneering new ministries and churches and 5) Unity music and music programs. • All applicants must be active in a Unity ministry in good standing with Unity Worldwide Ministries. Fund recipients must continue to be active at time of disbursement. The first issuance of funds awarded must be used within the same calendar year. Funds received must be used for the purpose for which they were applied, or funds may be requested to be returned to the Foundation.
• All applications received will be acknowledged within two weeks. The Foundation's Administrative Director or a Board member may contact you when additional information is needed. All applications will be given prayerful review and consideration. Applicants will be advised of a decision within 60 days. Awarded funds will be distributed within 45 days after notification of approval. Funds for tuition expenses for Unity Urban, Unity Worldwide Spiritual Institute, or S.E.E. are sent directly to the registrar. Requests for Youth Education, Uniteens, or Y.O.U. events should be applied for directly through the Southwest Region's Youth and Teen ministries.
