Vendor Registration - HOT Consignment Event
This is the registration form to be a vendor at our Heart of a Teacher Consignment Event at the Bob Duncan Center, Arlington, TX on July 31 & Aug. 1, 2020.
As a vendor, you have the option to participate in our event for 1 day or get a discount to participate for both days. Application must be filled out completely and once accepted, an Event Brite link will be emailed out to you to make payment. All payments must be made in order to secure your spot at our event. We are filling up vendor spots on a first come, first serve basis. Filling out this application does not guarantee your spot. Paying the vendor fee through the emailed link is the only way to reserve your vendor spot.

Both Days - Fee is $130 (plus administration fee)
