Know Your IX is demanding President Biden's Department of Education take immediate action on Title IX and release a Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) by April 1. This would begin the process of rescinding and issuing a new rule on Title IX, which are crucial steps to protect student survivors from suffering further harm under Betsy DeVos' current rule.
