"Musical Bridges" is currently only available for booking and use by MOE Secondary Schools and registered international schools based in Singapore.

Submission of this form is only a registration of intent to book the programme. Even after submission, you and your school are not obliged to book the programme. MFO is also not obliged to provide any access to the programme until full payment for the programme has been received.

We will endeavour to process your booking as soon as possible, but please allow for up to 3 working days for this, in the event of high booking volume.

Each student will be given secure URLs to access the programme's videos online on their own devices, in their own time. If the plan is to stream the programme's videos for collective viewing in class, you are still required to correctly declare the total number of students that the school is planning to use the programme for. Any contravention or attempt to contravene this will be reported to MOE.

Access to the videos will be automatically disabled by the video delivery system if it is detected that the videos are likely being streamed by more students than has been declared by the school.

All teachers involved in the use of the programme with your students will be given complimentary access to the videos for the teachers' use to view the programme's videos beforehand, for purposes of lesson preparation.

"Musical Bridges" is designed to be used in class with Lower Secondary students, as it directly complements the MOE Lower Secondary Music Syllabus. Non-Standard Use of Programme
If you are planning to use the programme with groups of students that do not fit within the categorisation listed in the question above, please describe below how you plan to use the programme in your school. The usage plan will be reviewed together with the National Arts Council and Arts Education Branch of MOE, and we will advise you accordingly.
Intended Starting Date of Student Access *
Please choose the date that you are planning for your students to start accessing the programme. 

As a default, the URLs provided for the students will be valid for a period of 2 months from the intended Starting Date of Student Access. Please let us know under "Additional Notes / Comment" if you require a different arrangement for your school.

To facilitate teachers' preparations, teachers' complimentary access will start 4 months before the Starting Date of Student Access. If the programme is booked and paid for with less than 4 months before the Starting Date of Student Access, teachers' complimentary access will start immediately upon receipt of payment.

Terms & Conditions of Booking
1) You declare that the details entered above are true and correct, to the best of your knowledge at the time of submission.

2) You understand and agree that the submission of this form is only a registration of intent to book the programme. Even after submission, you or your school are not obliged to book the programme. MFO is also not obliged to provide any access to the programme until full payment for the programme has been received.

3) All payments received by MFO are non-refundable. However, in the event that the programme is not able to be completed in time by the students due to any unforeseen circumstances, MFO shall work in good faith with the school to extend the validity of the issued URLs or make any other reasonable and mutually-agreeable arrangements.

3) You understand and agree that you will take all reasonable steps to ensure that student access to the programme is restricted strictly to the number of students that has been declared and paid for by the school in the booking of the programme.

4) You understand and agree that you will take all reasonable steps to ensure that teachers' complimentary access is to be used strictly for lesson preparation, and are not to be shared with any person who is not a staff member or employee of your school.

5) You understand that the programme's contents are copyrighted, and undertake not to download or make any copies of the programme's contents, or any part of it. This restriction applies even if your school has booked and paid for the programme, as the payment is only for time-limited access to and use of the programme.

6) You understand and accept that any contravention or attempt to contravene these Terms & Conditions will be reported to MOE and any other relevant authorities.

What to expect after submitting this form.
1) You will receive a copy of this form submission to the email address you have entered above.

2) Your submission will be processed for review, and if there are any clarifications needed, we will contact you by email.

3) Once the submission has been reviewed and everything is in order, you will receive an email confirming the period of access and total cost of booking the programme for your school.

4) An E-invoice will then be issued to your school. Your school will need to process and pay the E-invoice, before the unique URLs for your school's use will be generated and sent to you. The URLs will not be generated prior to the receipt of payment, so you are encouraged to plan ahead for the booking, to ensure that enough time is set aside for your school to make payment before the URLs are generated.

5) The unique URLs will be sent to you, together with a softcopy set of the accompanying Pre-Performance and Post-Performance Resource Pack.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
