Prairie Sun Fall Outdoor Market Digital Vendor Application Form
We are so pleased to have you joining us! Please read the information below and complete the following page for submission into the market. Note: Your 10 x 10 space will not be reserved until payment is received. We reserve the right to approve all booths to ensure family friendly content.

NOTE: Your contact information is SAFE with us! We will never sale or share your information with others.

-This event is FREE to the public.
-Fall Outdoor Market will be Saturday, September 29th, 2018 9am to 2pm
-Market will be help on the grounds of the Souders' Historical Farm Museum
-Vendor Fee is $25 per 10 foot by 10 foot space.
-Electricity is not available for vendor booths at this time. All vendors including food concessions will need to provide their own generator if required please.
-Vendors selling food items will need to comply with KS Department of Agriculture Farmer's Market Guidelines.
-Vendor Setup starts day of sale 7:30am. Please be unloaded, parked, and setting up by 8:30am.
-Vendors will provide their own table, chairs, awnings, etc.
-Vendor Parking will be designated day of sale for ease of setup and take down.
-Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth space(s).
-SMOKING will be permitted in designated areas only please.
-Vendors are not permitted to sublet or resell booth space.
-Vendors are independently responsible for reporting/paying of KS State Sales Tax for items they have sold.
-Refunds will ONLY be given in the event of SEVERE WEATHER FORECAST Cancellation of the sale.
