FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2026 -Project/Participant Registration Form                                                         Closing Date: 31st December 2025 

A. WHO CAN SUBMIT:

A1. The property owners or project developers may nominate and submit their projects for the awards.

A2. The project's architect or hotel operators that assumed the executive responsibilities may submit for the awards under the consent of the owner. 

A3. Please take note that FIABCI NEVER appoint any consultants or agents or PR companies to help in preparing the participant's full submission. The participant is advice to compile and prepare their own materials for the full submission.

B. BASIC CRITERIA

B1. My/our project has been fully completed, occupied and operated for at least 9 months before 31st December 2025 and not more than 7 years (on first submission to the chapter's award).

B2. The Occupancy Rate of my/our Project has reached 35% and above.

B3. For renovation and restoration project, I/we confirmed that at least 75% of the total build-up area has been restored and renovated.

B4. Each category will only be going for competition with a minimum of three participants. Should a category received less than three participants on closing deadline, my/our submitted project is to be kept and carried forward to the following year’s competition or until it reaches at least 3 participants, whichever come first. 

B5. I/We understand that the Entry Fee have to be paid within 14 days from the date of the quotation/bill/proforma invoice/invoice, should I/we keep the said Fee due or did not pay on or before 13th February 2026, we agreed that my/our project(s) shall be automatically transfer to be  competed in the following year (award-year 2027).

C. HOW TO TAKE PART:  
STEP 1: (Please tick (√))

The following items MUST be sent/emailed to fiabciprixevents@gmail.com on or before 31st December 2025 

Note: All materials submitted will not be returned.

i. Certificate of Project Full Completion or Fitness for Occupation or Certificate Of Completion And Compliance issued by the local Authority/Architect.

ii. A Letter to prove that the project's occupation rate has reached not less than 35%, to be issued by the party/company/organization/firm that is currently managing the operations of the subject property/project, or by the Project Architect, or by a registered Joint Management Body (JMB), or Management Corporation (MC), or the registered resident's association.

iii. Please submit five (5) current photos to prove the said occupation in item (2).

iv. Ten (10) high resolution real/ actual photograph of the building (interior and exterior)/ project.

v. A copy of Brochure or brief description of the project.

vi. A copy of land title issued by the Land Authority. Please DO NOT send in surveyor’s ‘Grant of Written Permission’ as it is not reflective of the legal ownership of the area occupied by the project.

vii. A copy of high-resolution project logo in JPG/PNG and AI file.

viii. A copy of high-resolution company logo in JPG/PNG and AI file.

ix. For Master Plan & Mixed-Use Development Category - Please submit a copy of overall layout plan.

x. For Affordable Housing Category – A copy of Letter of Approved Sales Price issued by the authority is require.

xi. A copy of the project location plan.

STEP 2: Should my/our project qualify for participation; I/we will pay the Full Entry Fee within 14 days from the quotation/bill/proforma invoice/invoice date (any short of fees shall be borne by the participant).  

Paid FIABCI HQ Registered Regular Company Member:
Euro 1,230.00 per project per category.
Non- FIABCI Member:
Euro 1,530.00 per project per category.

STEP 3: Upon receiving the full payment, the instructions for Full Information Submission via online portal will be provided to me/us to submit my/our project information via online on or before 31st January 2026. NO extension of time will be granted. 

Note: Please submit the full project information via online as soon as possible, not to wait for the last minute, if everybody doing it at the last minute, it will jammed up the online system.
