C. HOW TO TAKE PART: STEP 1: (Please tick (√))
The following items MUST be sent/emailed to fiabciprixevents@gmail.com on or before 31st December 2025
Note: All materials submitted will not be returned.
i. Certificate of Project Full Completion or Fitness for Occupation or Certificate Of Completion And Compliance issued by the local Authority/Architect.
ii. A Letter to prove that the project's occupation rate has reached not less than 35%, to be issued by the party/company/organization/firm that is currently managing the operations of the subject property/project, or by the Project Architect, or by a registered Joint Management Body (JMB), or Management Corporation (MC), or the registered resident's association.
iii. Please submit five (5) current photos to prove the said occupation in item (2).
iv. Ten (10) high resolution real/ actual photograph of the building (interior and exterior)/ project.
v. A copy of Brochure or brief description of the project.
vi. A copy of land title issued by the Land Authority. Please DO NOT send in surveyor’s ‘Grant of Written Permission’ as it is not reflective of the legal ownership of the area occupied by the project.
vii. A copy of high-resolution project logo in JPG/PNG and AI file.
viii. A copy of high-resolution company logo in JPG/PNG and AI file.
ix. For Master Plan & Mixed-Use Development Category - Please submit a copy of overall layout plan.
x. For Affordable Housing Category – A copy of Letter of Approved Sales Price issued by the authority is require.
xi. A copy of the project location plan.
