Community Market and its coordinators shall not be held responsible for any property damage, theft, personal injury, or loss of any nature arising from installation, set-up, operation, or disassembly of the exhibit including Before During & after the market.

Spaces will be assigned by the coordinators on Vendor's arrival

Set up starts at 9:30 am and Vendors must be completely set up by 11:00 am. Disassembly may not start before 4pm,/9 PM for Evening Market and must be done by 5:30 pm. Times may change without notice

Merchandise may be sold from each Vendor's table, ONLY. Walking sales will not be permitted

All Vendors must contain their display, work and storage boxes within the dimensions of the space they rented.

Vendors are to ensure that their display is set up and staffed when the Event opens

Spaces not occupied within the 1st hour of Set up an hour of Event opening will result in forfeiture of both the booth and all monies paid

Vendors are expected to keep the items in their booth neatly displayed at all times and to be at their booth during Event hours

Each participant is responsible for following all federal, provincial, and municipal regulations and restrictions regarding their individual craft

Vendors are asked not to attend if showing any Cold/Flu like symptoms.

Vendor shall not disassemble, pack up, or remove any part of their display before the official closing time.

Vendors are responsible to carry insurance, Community Market is not responsible for Items Left over night .

Community Market will Market & advertise all Events, we cannot guarantee the amount of shoppers turnout  at each Market.

Smoking and Vaping are not permitted in booths or within the Event building

Please read this carefully. By clicking "Yes", you agree to the section below: *1) I understand that vendor fees are non-refundable. If I cannot attend, I will notify the market organizers and forfeit my fees. My spot cannot be shared or transferred. 2) I understand that due to COVID-19, the event may be postponed and the fee I paid will be used as a credit toward a rescheduled market date. 3) I agree to follow all COVID-19 protocols put in place by the Government of British Columbia at the time of the market, which includes mask mandates for indoor and outdoor spaces. 4) I will stay for the entire duration of the market from 11am to 4pm. I will be completely set up when the doors open at 11am. I also understand the takedown time is from 4pm - 5pm. 5) I agree I will promote the market on my social media platforms and share/invite friends to the Market.

I Shall indemnify and save Community Market and Owners, Organizers , from and against any and all loss, [ including attorney's fees], damages, expense and liability [ including statutory liability and liability under workmen's compensation laws] in connection with claims for damages as a result of Injury or death of any person or property damage to and property [ including Quilts and any other personal belongings] persons.. which arise from or in any manner grow out of any act or Neglect on or about the market. comment note that statutory liability as well as common law liability is assumed by the lessee. there may be certain statutory liability imposed on the lesser which has, by the terms of this Clause , been passed to the lease
