Ward 8 Democrats Fiscal Year 2026 Budget Engagement

The Ward 8 Democrats need to hear from you to advocate for services and supports in the District’s Fiscal Year 2026 budget, which runs from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026. We will take your recommendations directly to the officials you voted for and advocate for your voice to be heard!

A committee will review all recommendations before presenting them before the general body of the Ward 8 Democrats for a vote during our meeting in February. Submitting a request does not guarantee its inclusion in the final budget request.  The deadline is fast approaching.

Workforce and Economic Development
