    This document shall serve as customer quality assurance for all service requests for technological needs for Howard University School of Law. Each IT staff member will document each request and when possible obtain client signature. It shall also serve as the official document for any new installation of any network device or server on the Howard University School's of Law Network. Finally approval will be given by the Director of Information Technology or the Executive Director of Administration & Operations.
