Position Summary

The E-commerce Operations Trainee is a foundational role designed for a disciplined, tech-oriented individual looking to build a career in global digital commerce. You will be responsible for the engine room of our eBay store transforming market research into active listings and ensuring every customer order is fulfilled with 100% accuracy.

The Objective: Your primary goal is to maintain a high-volume pipeline of 100 quality product listings per week while managing the logistical backend. You will act as the bridge between our suppliers (Amazon/AliExpress) and our customers, ensuring that data is recorded meticulously to prevent operational errors.

The Path to Growth:This position is a "learn-while-you-earn" opportunity. Once you have demonstrated mastery over store operations and data management, you will be fast-tracked into Media Buying, where you will learn to manage advertising budgets and scale campaigns on TikTok and Meta.

Requirements

  • Must have a functional laptop.

  • Strong Internet: You must have a reliable data connection.

  • Fast Learner: You should be able to watch a training video and replicate the process accurately.

  • Detail Oriented: You hate making mistakes in spreadsheets and numbers.

  • Growth Mindset: If you master the basics, I will train you in Media Buying (TikTok/Meta Ads) for additional pay.

Preferred:
At least 1 Year of Experience at a company that has an online or offline presence.

Or

Experience in an online business environment while dealing with prospects, leads, and clients.

Or

Actively Participated in an Online Digital Marketing Course

The Pay
N70,000 plus huge commission based on orders and deliveries.
