This form is for members interested in volunteering at any TGA events. TGA will contact all individuals before the event who have filled out this form.

Volunteer must be a TGA Member. Volunteer must be 21 years of age and older. Filling out this form does not guarantee volunteering opportunity at each event. Volunteers will be contacted before each event and will be confirmed based on requirement and time of response received.

Form will need to filled out by each individual separately and prior to each event.

Volunteer hours will be logged as per hours of help provided at each event.
