Consent form for the relation between self-esteem, sense of connectedness and social comparison in social networking sites.
You are invited to participant in a mini questionnaire conducted by Tsang Pui Lun, Yeung Yuen Fei, Wong Ho Sum and study in the cyberpsychology (PSY 215) at the Hong Kong Shue Yan University.

THE PURPOSE OF THE MINI questionnaire
The purpose of the questionnaire is to realize social networking sites whether affects the participant's views on themselves, their sense of connectedness and social comparison.

PROCEDURES
In this study, you will be asked to do a simple questionnaire.

POTENTIAL RISKS / DISCOMFORTS AND THEIR MINMIZATION
Risks include any discomfort you may feel during the study, such as feel discomfort of answering some questions etc. If you feel uncomfortable during this task, you may stop or refuse to complete the study at any time. The researcher will answer any question you may have in this study.

COMPENSATION FOR PARTICIPATION
There is no monetary compensation is provided upon completion of the research.

CONFINDENTIALITY
Your face will not be recorded in the video clip and a video will not be used for identification purposes.
The data will be accessible only to those working on this project.

PARITICIPATION AND WITHDRAWAL
Your participation is voluntary. This means that you can choose to stop at any time without negative consequences.
