Houston displays a multiplicity of cultures that are expressed in a diverse set of languages.
The Be-Longing project aims to make visible some of these most widely spoken languages, for example, it may include Spanish, Vietnamese, Hindi, Arabic, Kru, Yoruba, or Igbo. These languages represent some of the majority groups, but others may also be selected.
The final project is the production of micro documentaries and we are currently working on the selection of testimonies or speakers of different mother languages who live in Houston.

For the development of the project we require a mediator who is part of the family group who speaks English or whose native language is English.

The Be-longing Project is based on the audiovisual record of native speakers of languages other than English. We are interested in the testimony of in a diverse set of languages and therefore we ask you about your second language. Please, select your language or tell us another if it is different from those that appear in the list.
