ACCESSAccess to our site is free of charge. EDS does not guarantee that the site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. EDS may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change any part of the site without notice.
EDS will not be liable if, for any reason, the site is unavailable at any time or any period. However EDS will try to give reasonable notice period pending a possible suspension or withdrawal.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to access the site and any of the facilities available on the platform.
MEMBER DATADuring the course of our activities, we will process Personal Data and EDS recognise the need to treat your information, in a respectful and lawful manner. Empowering Deaf Society will ensure that your Personal Data will be shared securely.
The EDS are required to share your Personal Data with our funders, any external event organiser(s) and the relevant Local Authority to meet the certain requirements of our funding.
TERMINATIONIf you wish not to continue with us and want your personal details removed from our database you must email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have used our services within the last 3 years we are already committed to share your Personal Data with Funders, any external event organiser(s) and the relevant Local Authority to meet the certain requirements of our funding.
RULES AND REGULATIONS Responsibility for Children
Guests who take child(ren) to the event must be sensitive and respect the needs of other guests, you should not expect other people to care for your child(ren).
You must take responsibility for the safety of your child(ren), and supervise them at all times.
You must ensure that your child(ren) behave appropriately whilst on the premises and stay within visual range at all times at the event.
You will be responsible for any damage caused by your child(ren)
EDS reserves the right to ask you to leave you and your child(ren), should you fail to adhere to these rules.
Final MattersThis event ends at 4:30pm and all the guests must leave the premises.
Illegal and anti-social behaviour, physical or verbal (signed) abuse towards EDS members of staff, or other guests, will not be tolerated.
EDS will not be held responsible for injury, death, damage, loss of personal property or inconvenience arising from this event.
You agree that EDS shall have the right to use photographs, video or images including audio recordings of you/child/children and members of your group for promotional purposes.
No animals allowed with the exception of registered Assistance Dogs. Guests are required to advise us that they will be taking their Assistance Dog at the time of reservation, in order for appropriate provision to be made.
If you cause any damage EDS expects you to cover the cost.
