Reed's Covid Response Feedback Form
Reedies for Covid Consciousness student leaders are meeting with the HCC and Dean of Students for Health & Wellbeing to advocate for improving covid safety on Reed's campus! Specifically, we plan to discuss the rollout of updated covid vaccines, unreliable access to covid treatments, and our club's efforts to upgrade testing options and increase clean air access on campus. We want to be able to fully represent the perspectives of our community at this meeting, so we're asking for students, faculty, and alums to share their feedback about the ways that Reed's covid response needs to improve! We will keep all responses anonymous.

Pflichtfrage
If you're a current or past Reed student, what graduating class are you part of?
How would you rate Reed College's overall covid policy and covid resources? (Not including resources provided by R4CC!) *
Reed's resources are inaccessible or insufficient and Reed's covid policy is weak
Reed College provides a variety of useful resources to prevent/treat covid infection and has strong policies to keep us covid-safe
What covid resources do you think are the most insufficient or lacking on campus (affordable and accurate testing, education and communication about covid risks, clean air tools, covid treatments, etc)? How would you suggest that this be improved by the college? *
What covid policies would you suggest that Reed implement in order to make our campus more accessible (Ex. bring back contact tracing, always report when case counts in Oregon are rated "high" or above, require a negative test at the beginning of each semester, require up-to-date vaccinations for students and faculty, rehire an epidemiologist, etc)? *
Has Reed's insufficient covid response ever affected your ability to participate in the classroom, do your on-campus job, partake in on-campus events, or generally feel included in the Reed community? *
If you have any additional anecdotes about an unsatisfactory experience with covid treatment, covid testing, contact tracing, etc on Reed's campus that you would like us to relay during the meeting, please share here

(this can include elaboration on your answer to the previous questions - ex. "I'm immunocompromised, and Reed's lack of covid precautions affected my ability to go to community building events freshman year," "the end of contact tracing made it hard to do my job as an HA because I wasn't informed when there were outbreaks in my dorm and couldn't warn my residents about taking precautions in shared spaces"):
