Welcome to the Neuron Adaptive Vehicle Program Booking System. 

We are pleased to offer alternative shared mobility options in the Region of Waterloo. 

To begin your booking, please agree to the terms of service and provide the necessary information. 

Shared adaptive vehicle devices are available for booking in 4-hour increments and bookings must be made no less than 24-hours in advance and during regular business hours Monday to Friday. A device can be booked no longer than 24-hours at a time. There is currently no fee to use the service. 

Neuron employees will deliver devices to he desired location and provide an overview of the vehicle. Riders are reminded that Neuron employees are unable to provide personal assistance onto vehicles.
