National Latin Vocabulary Exam (NLVE)
This test is online with 70 multiple choice questions on proficiency in Latin vocabulary. This test is open to any student in Latin 1/2 and above.
I wish to register for the NLVE online exam. (Test given 2/10/20 -$4.00) *
National Mythology Exam (NME)
This is a paper multiple choice exam based on mythology. This year's theme is Perseus and Mythological Monsters. -Grades 3-4 take the basic 30-item exam on Greek and Roman mythology; -Grade 5-6 take the basic 30-item exam AND 10 questions on the theme (Perseus, MM); -Grades 7-8 take the basic 30-item exam AND 10 questions on the theme (Perseus, MM) AND a 10 question sub-test from the Odyssey OR Aeneid; -Grades 9-12 take the basic 30-item exam AND a 10 question sub-test from the Odyssey OR Aeneid AND a 20 question sub-test on Ovid. Test takers do not currently have to be in Latin.

National Roman Civilization Exam (NRCE)
This is an online exam with 50 multiple choice questions on Roman History (25) and Roman Civilization (25). This test is generally for grades 6-12.

National Latin Exam (NLE)
This is a paper exam with 40 multiple choice questions (Grammar, Comprehension, Mythology, Life, History, Derivatives, and questions based on a short Latin passage.) This test is open to students in Latin 2/2, 3/3, or above.

Medusa Mythology Exam (MME)
This exam is online with 40 multiple choice questions, including a visual question based on this year’s theme Family Feuds. This exam is open to students in grades 6-12 and at least 11 years old.
