FOR: Students in 6th thru 12th grade
COST: $135 = $35 Deposit/Camper by Nov 26th (nonrefundable after this date)
+ $100 balance due by Dec 10, 2018

CHECK-IN: Friday @7pm: Pizza party provided!
CHECK-OUT: Sunday @11am

AS GROUP LEADER: You are responsible for:
1. Communication liaison between Ponderosa & your campers (Students & Sponsors)
2. Ensuring all campers (students & sponsors) register online
3. Collecting any paperwork and sending onto Ponderosa
4. Collecting all payment and sending onto Ponderosa
5. Ensuring that all medications are handled appropriately while students are at camp.

REQUIRED RATIO: Sponsor-to-student 1:10 (1 Man:Guy, 1 Woman:Girl) Background check required for each sponsor completed w/in the last 24 months. You can upload this on the registration portal if you prefer, or you may bring the paper copy with you to camp. No paperwork required for students!

MEDICATIONS: This info will be collected through Online Registration for each camper. Each student & Group Leader are responsible for medications, as THEY WILL NOT BE ADMINISTERED BY A NURSE. Although, we do plan to have a nurse available for injury/illness assessment and treatment.

1. ESTIMATE # of spots for campers you plan to bring.
2. AWAIT EMAIL CONFIRMATION from TRawls@VisitPonderosa.com.
3. MAIL TOTAL DEPOSITS of $35 per estimated camper. Please do not send deposits you've received confirmation!
4. YOUR CHURCH NAME will be added to the individual registration portal, which takes at least 24 hours. A unique link will then be sent to you, which you can then share with your students/parents to complete ASAP for online registration. MAKE SURE THEY UNDERSTAND IT'S JUST INFORMATION - NO PAYMENT IS TAKEN ONLINE - THEY PAY YOU!
5. COLLECT DEPOSIT $ from registered students & sponsors (CAMPERS) & send by Nov 26th. Until that time, deposits can be transferred to another student or refunded. After Nov 26th, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. COLLECT BALANCE DUE FROM REGISTERED CAMPERS (students and sponsors) and send to Ponderosa by Dec 10th.

SUGGESTION: Make your deadlines earlier than these to allow you time to chase down any stragglers!

INDIVIDUAL CAMPER REGISTRATION: You will receive a unique church link to share with sponsors and students to register. You will have access to this info at all times so you can see who has registered & be able to print allergies/medical info as necessary.
