This is required annually from all charter schools who wish to receive Charter School Capital Construction (CSCC) funds. Please read each question carefully and provide accurate responses as your funding levels will be determined by information provided.

Please keep a copy of this submission for your records and share it with your authorizer accordingly.

NEW SCHOOLS
CDE will use your October 1 count from FY24-25 to begin payments to new schools in January 2025. Payment for the full FY will be distributed in six even monthly payments January 2025 through June 2025.
