Dva otcové – Izraelec Rami Elhanan a Palestinec Bassam Aramin – přišli v blízkovýchodním konfliktu o své dcery. O tom, jak navzdory obrovské ztrátě dokázali proměnit svůj hluboký smutek v aktivní úsilí o mír a pokojné soužití ve Svaté zemi, budou vyprávět v diskuzi moderované prezidentkou festivalu Meeting Brno Martinou Viktorií Kopeckou a Davidem Mackem.

Pořad proběhne v českém a anglickém jazyce a bude simultánně tlumočen.

Two fathers—Rami Elhanan from Israel and Bassam Aramin from Palestine—each lost a daughter in the Middle East conflict. In a discussion moderated by Meeting Brno festival president Martina Viktorie Kopecká and vice president David Macek, they will share how, despite their immense loss, they transformed their deep grief into active efforts for peace and coexistence in the Holy Land.

The event will be held in Czech and English and will be simultaneously interpreted.
