On the first day we will engage in activities that show how formative assessment strategies can be woven into daily teaching activities, focusing on diagnostic assessment, offering effective feedback, and preparing students to self-assess and to give each other effective feedback. On the second and third day we will delve into the components of assessment literacy, examining the five keys to classroom assessment quality with a focus on creating good performance tasks and rubrics.
