Rising 7th Grade Course Request Form 26-27

ELECTIVES DESCRIPTIONS CAN BE FOUND IN THE CURRICULUM GUIDE at https://luminaryms.ocps.net under the Student Services tab.  

Please choose electives in order of preference.  Select a choice for Electives 1-5, do not leave blank.  

Electives requests ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE based on availability and scheduling needs. (Florida Statute requires all students have 1 class of PE each day)

All students will be enrolled in a PE course unless there is a waiver on file.  Students must have a new waiver each school year.  To request the 26-27 PE Waiver, contact your student's school counselor.  When waiving the PE elective,  a student must select a Performing Arts course in lieu of  that PE elective.  

** PE Waivers are due to your school counselor by May 15, 2026.**
