Application for Waiver of H-PEA 2021 Conference Fee
H-PEA understands that some of our members may find it difficult to pay to attend the 2021 conference. In an effort to support our members, this is the form to apply for the H-PEA Annual Conference 2021 registration fee waiver due to financial hardship. Please verify that you are applying for the waiver due to financial hardship and that you are willing to contribute to the conference by serving as session moderators or tech support. Please fill out this application form completely to be considered for a waiver.
I am currently experiencing financial hardship. Without this waiver, it would be hard for me to afford the conference registration fee.
H-PEA counts on student scholarship and waiver recipients to volunteer for the conference. Are you willing to serve as a Zoom Room Moderator? We will provide moderator training and you will assist presenters during 1 to 3 conference sessions in a Zoom meeting room.
Not really comfortable doing this.
