Student Attendance Report 2026-2027
All student absence must be reported using this required form as soon as possible. You may record the absence in advance. A separate form must be completed and submitted for each student.

Please note - reporting an absence is only a verification. Doctor's note is required for excused absence.

Parents should not send students to school when sick.  
  • Please be sure to keep your child home until FEVER FREE for 24 hours WITHOUT medication
  • Please be sure to keep your child home until there is no vomiting for 24 hours
