藝術是體驗當下的一個美好媒介，課程中我們會透過呼吸連結身體及一些簡單的創作練習，讓無法停止的思緖稍作休息，享受一刻的甘甜。營營役役的人生，大部份時間都被纏繞於過去或未來的思想和情緒佔據，或許是時候給自己多一個選擇，嘗試除了行動模式（doing）以外的另一片天，讓自己細味存在的藝術（being)。
Here and now is what counts. Ever feel like all those thoughts and emotions entangled with the past or future are like vicious cycles that keep suffocating you? Perhaps it’s time to try something different. Let’s allow our mind to take a breather to connect with the body. Dive into the creative process and enjoy the sweetness of simply BEING as opposed to the never-ending DOING. Mindfulness is not meant to be a difficult technique to master. All we have to do is to just breathe.

Winston Lau
一位用生命創作的藝術行者，善於利用不同媒介與心靈溝通，過程中更體驗到療癒的力量。一直熱愛探索活著各種可能性的他，喜愛以非傳統方式啓發不同人仕體驗更深層的世界。曾於葡萄牙、泰國、印度、肯亞等地之不同生態村生活及修行並於香港、台灣、美國及西班牙等地教授另類創意課程如：抽象藝術心靈探索、與內在小孩對話、與高我接通、藝術自癒等。
畢業於美國芝加哥藝術學院，2008年與友人成立了位於香港賽馬會創意藝術中心L5-16的W Studio，Winston深知頭腦無法全然了解生命，所以他選擇扎根於大地，用藝術與看不見的世界及內心連結，過程中慢慢把藝術與生命融為一體，以天賦的創意直覺體驗生存真諦。
Graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago with a BFA in 2003, Winston loves to explore the deeper dimension of life and enjoys using alternative methods to inspire people from all cross of life. He has taught creative and soulful courses in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, India, Spain, and the United States.
