Thank you for agreeing to judge for the District 5 Virginia History Day competition on Saturday March 3, 2018.  This year's theme is Conflict and Compromise in History.  The contest will run from 8 am to 3 pm at Mount Vernon High School in Alexandria, Virginia.  Limited 8 am - 1 pm judging spots are available.

We will be in touch closer to contest day with your assignment, directions, this year's theme sheet and judges' criteria.  If you decide to judge papers or websites, you will need to review these entries before March 3.

PLEASE help us spread the word to others in your field, friends,  and/or family.  Encourage the love of history & research in the historians of tomorrow!
