TERMS

ELIGIBILITY: Store accounts must have an established retail presence and be able to provide tax documents relevant to the state in which they are located (US accounts only). School accounts must be able to provide proof of tax-exempt status.

ORDER MINIMUM: Our minimum wholesale order is $200.

PAYMENT: All orders must be prepaid at checkout (unless you have a prior arrangement with us). 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that Sarah's Silks is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders and all orders are shipped on FOB terms. To calculate import costs, please contact your country's Customs office directly.

AMAZON: Sarah's Silks does not offer wholesale to stores that intend to resell our products on Amazon.com. Distributing Sarah's Silks products on Amazon is against our wholesale policy and will result in account cancellation.

MAP (minimum advertised price) POLICY: All accounts are expected to adhere to our MAP policy. For suggested retail pricing, refer to prices on www.sarahssilks.com. 
Price lists are available upon request.

ACCOUNT APPROVAL: Please note Sarah's Silks reserves the right to approve or deny all wholesale applications.
