I will NOT participate in any on-line or in-person Yoga4Stiff class, workshop or program offered by Yoga4Stiff People or its consultant instructors or teachers or substitute teachers (being 'Yoga4Stiff People Ltd. Yoga Programs’) without consulting with my physician that participating will not be detrimental to my health and wellbeing if I am pregnant, have a heart condition and/or feel chest pain when I exercise or at any time in the past month, take prescribed medication for a blood pressure or heart condition, get dizzy, lose my balance or lose consciousness, have a bone or joint problem, over 65 and not accustomed to physical exercise; and/or know of any other reason I should not do physical activity. *

Even with clear instruction and no underlying health condition there is the possibility of injury or potential health risk involved in participating in Yoga4Stiff People Yoga Programs or any other yoga related activity and it is my responsibility to consult a physician regarding my ability to participate in Yoga4Stiff People Yoga Programs. *

That regardless of my age being between 18-65 or if I am over 65 years of age, to forever HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE any and all of Yoga4Stiff People Ltd., and any respective directors, officers, employees, instructors, teachers, substitute teachers and representatives of Yoga4Stiff People Ltd. OF AND FROM ALL claims, damages, demands, actions, causes of action or demands of any kind, whatsoever and however caused, arising by reason of my participation in any Yoga4Stiff People Programs or any other yoga related class or activity, including losses caused by the negligence of the released parties. *
