2024 Sunflower Festival at Alvis Farms Photographer Application
We are excited to open our Sunflower Fields again this summer, for the 6th annual Sunflower Festival at Alvis Farms. Thank you for your interest in participating as a photographer. Please read through this application in its entirety, and let us know if you have any questions.

Photographer Fees apply if you are taking photos for the purpose of:
🌻Selling your images commercially and/or as a business
🌻Taking sessions photos for hire (portraits, lifestyle, fashion, etc.)

Photographer Application & Fees
This year, we are offering two options for photographers:

🌻Day Pass: $60 - can be used for any one day that we're open; June 28-30, 2024 from 9am-8pm each day (you will be free to come and go as you please during our open hours of that one day)
*All clients will be required to pay for their individual entry to the event*
Our 50 acre field allows ample spots for photographing. There will not be a specified photographer area, no vehicles will be allowed on the premises during our festival hours, and all clients will be required to pay their entry fee. Everyone will be required to be off of the premises by 8:30pm every night.
Photographers will park in general parking and enter through the entrance tent. Passes will be available to purchase in advance or at the gate. Clients will need to come through the entrance tent and meet photographers inside the festival.

🌻Private Sessions: $100/hr - by appointment only, Wednesday June 26 and Thursday June 27. Private sessions must be scheduled by Saturday, June 22 (by completing this form)

We greatly appreciate you mentioning our festival and tagging us in your photos on social media. We are so thankful we can provide this opportunity to support your business as well as to capture wonderful memories of your clients and our guests.
