VENDOR SPACES: Spaces will be ordered and mapped in advance, maps of the marketplace will be sent to ONE email contact per vendor no later than 1 week before the event. The marketplace will be taking place OUTDOORS. There will be a limited amount of vendor sites with nearby access to electricity. It is highly recommended you bring two 50-foot extension cords, various adapters, 6 way strips, etc. and be prepared with your own lighting.
Hours: Saturday LOAD IN/SET UP: 6am-9am, festival open 10am-10pm, lock up/tear down 9pm-10pm (on-site storage is not available)Sunday LOAD IN/SET UP: 8am-10am, festival open 10am-9pm, tear down 9pm-10pm ALL PARTIES MUST LEAVE THE PROPERTY OF THE VENDING AREA BY 10pm Sunday.
LOAD IN/PARKING- you MAY NOT drive into the park to UNLOAD and set up, we have 6 parking spots alongside the park property available for UNLOADING/LOADING, You can ALSO pull onto the dead end 4th street, adjacent to the park to UNLOAD. ALL VEHICLES MUST LEAVE the park property by 9:30am. There is parking available nearby, your vendor map will have parking noted for your convenience.
REFUNDSThis is a rain or shine event. We are not responsible for acts of God or inclement weather.There are NO refunds for this venue.
BOOTH SET UPSites are 10 x 10 and should be set up each day of the festival. Vendors setting up each day of the festival must abide by above listed set up and tear down times. You will be responsible for providing your own: tents, tables, table cloths, lighting, chairs and electrical cords, displays AND LOCK UP or TEAR DOWN of your items inside YOUR vending area EACH DAY. If you have special needs or have a request for a certain amount of space please list where available on application.
Sales of FIRE Props/Hoops/Flow ToysIf you sell any of the above listed, no open fire will be allowed on premises for demonstration.
INVENTORYIn addition to your early submission of application with payment, attaching digital pictures in email form will increase your chances of being selected as we are looking for unique and creative vendors offering a diversity of goods. To prevent CROSS-OVER sales, we are limiting acceptance of vendors offering identical and similar goods.
CONTACTUpon your accepted application you will be notified via email and supplied a list of contacts in the event of an emergency, or question. These phone numbers will be active only during the time of the event. All inquiries prior to should be through email unless otherwise specified
GARBAGE/TRASH-Take ALL your trash with you. This also applies to MOOP(Matter Out Of Place)=Anything on the ground that nature didn't put there. FFF will NOT clean up after you, please handle your trash!
DISPLAYVendors must place all goods, tables and setups inside of the tent at all times. No exceptions. Boxes and packaging must be stored out of sight.
TAXEach exhibitor is responsible for collecting, reporting and paying Florida State Sales Tax or 6.5% and obtaining any necessary state, county or city permits.
FOOD VENDORS*FOOD VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TRASH CONTAINERS* All food vendors must provide their own absorbent type of grease mat. Used grease cannot be dumped anywhere on City Property or down street drains. Vendors must haul their grease to an approved location for disposal. CHARCOAL users must not dump hot coals on any city property or in drainage areas on the street.
PAYMENTVENDING FEES: $222 vendor fee for both full days, $111 for Saturday only. (DOES NOT include 2-day pass to participate in the workshops associated with this festival). PayPal™ is the accepted form of payment, sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon acceptance of your application, a vending ticket link will be emailed to you in order to process your vending fee. If you don’t receive your link within 5 days of sending your application, send us an email: FLflowfest@gmail.com
VENDINGVending will ONLY take place during Marketplace open hours. FFF is providing volunteers to booth-sit during limited hours for vendor breaks, but we recommend you bring staff with you to break up your time with individuals you have trained for vending your goods.FFF & Monkey Dust Productions assume no responsibility for the security of the Vendor’s property. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FFF & Monkey Dust Productions against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with Vendor's presence at the Event and Vendor's activities of any kind.
