Requests can be submitted throughout the season as long as the league schedule has not already been released.

League blackout dates are: Superbowl Sunday (2/9). Games may be rescheduled during the NFL's NFC Championship if the Eagles make it.

All other holidays or events are game days. You must request off if you want to avoid being scheduled.
