Submissions may choose, but are not required, to adhere to the theme of this year's event: Environment and Sustainability.This theme will play a role in the judging portion of the exhibit and artists must indicate whether or not they would like their art to be judged or simply displayed as part of the gallery.
All artwork selected for the exhibit must be dropped off to Room 38 in the MSU Union on Monday, April 3rd through Wednesday, April 5th between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Student Artists are responsible for removing any artwork submitted to the Exhibit immediately at the close of the event. Artwork not removed at the close of the event will be available for pick up from Room 38 of the MSU Union Monday, April 10th through Friday, April 14th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Artwork that has not been picked up or arranged to be picked up by April 21st at 5:00 PM will be disposed of.
