Welcome to The Atlas Collective book order form! Please submit individual forms per book. If you have any questions, please message us on our social media or email at atlascollectiveqc@gmail.com. Please read all of the terms below. By submitting this form, you agree to the terms.

  1. Fill Out the Request Form
    Start by submitting your book order through our online form. You’ll need to submit a separate form for each book you're ordering. 

  2. Deposit Payment
    A deposit is required to confirm your order. The deposit will be applied toward the total price of your book once it arrives. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your order. The deposit is $5 for paperbacks and $10 for hardcovers. To make your deposit, use the Square link below:

  3. Pick Up Your Book
    Once your book arrives, we will notify you via your preference of text or email. You will have 14 days to pick it up. If your book is not collected within that time frame, it will be returned, and your deposit may be forfeited. We will charge a $5 restocking fee if you decide you no longer want your book after we have ordered it.
