We are now accepting applications for our Fall 2024 cohort.

The Ernestine McClendon Talent Grant from Recruiting Innovation was created to provide Tech Recruiter Certification and professional coaching to folks from underrepresented communities who seek to enter the recruiting field or experienced recruiters who want to level up their technical recruiting skills.

Are you a member of the BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disabled communities, or from another traditionally underrepresented community?

Do you want to have a positive impact through helping people connect with their dream jobs while helping companies to expand their teams?

Would you like to become a Certified Tech Recruiter and build your career in the recruitment industry?

Important Details to Consider:
- Grant recipients commit to completing the 12-hour, online Tech Recruiter Certification program within this 5 month period.

The form should take ~20 minutes to complete.
