It recognizes and encourages those who are in the early stages of their careers and demonstrate exceptional promise and engagement within the association. A letter of support from the nominee’s direct supervisor is required.

Excelled as committee chair by leading with integrity, professionalism, and collaboration. Inspired the committee and BOMA membership while maintaining effective communication and accountability with the Board and BAE.
