It is possible to attend the mega certification on Saturday July 13 AND the tetrathlon rally on Thursday July 18 to Saturday July 20 and make a week of it! Cost for camp is $240 per person, fully inclusive.Volunteers may sign up for a meal plan for $40. Campers will bring their own mount to camp unless coming for "camp within a camp" - the organizers reserve the right to confirm that a horse/pony is suitable for the camp environment. Horse will be stalled in outdoor/rustic corrals. We may accept non-members, depending on member sign up, after June 20. Closing date for entries is June 30 or when camp is full (whichever comes first). Please don't delay in signing up as camp usually fills up very quickly. Your entry is not finalized until payment has been made to the Oregon Region. Refunds after June 30 only with doctors/veterinary note minus $25 admin fee. This year we are adding a "camp within a camp" for new/younger members to experience camp unmounted. Camp within a camp will run from noon on Monday July 15 through noon on Tuesday July 16 and will cost $50 per participant to include food and camping for participant plus their chaperone. Please use this form to sign up for "camp within a camp".
