EquiCL Member Intake Form
This form is to ingest members into Broad Interest Group for Equity in ACL (EquiCL).  The membership of EquiCL will function as EquiCL's democratic basis. EquiCL members will be included as active participants in discussions around equity initiatives in ACL, develop new equity initiatives (in coordination withe elected officials), and function as a collective resource for organizations under banner of EquiCL.
This form serves to create a directory of members for the officers of EquiCL to contact.
