Donation request form
Hello!  Thanks for your efforts to improve our community, and your interest in adding craft beer to that equation!  Please let us know some info about your request.  Our donations committee meets monthly and will get back to you as soon as possible.  

A small disclaimer:  please know that we are a small company and that we give beer or other donations to non-profits and community events at the expense of using it to pay our team members & bills.  We are doing our best to support folks who are helping our community in some way, and if this is you, great!  If you are simply asking for "free" [in quotes because it has a substantial cost to us] or discounted beer in exchange for perceived marketing value, that is a harder sell.
