Innovative Educational Tax Credit - HB408
Please count me in with my donation toward the Innovative Educational Programs for Billings Public Schools. I understand by submitting this form, along with my donation, that I am not guaranteed a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on my taxes as outlined in Montana House Bill 408, but that Billings Public Schools will submit my donation for approval in the Montana Department of Revenue (DOR) Education Donations Portal as soon as the portal opens to receive donations and my donation is received by Billings Public Schools.

If my donation is accepted by DOR, I will receive a receipt from Billings Public Schools to submit with my 2026 taxes. 

*There is a chance the $7.2 million aggregated state cap for 2026 will be met before your donation is recorded. If your donation is not accepted by the DOR because the aggregate limit was reached, you will not be obligated to make the donation. If you choose to donate for the tax credit, we are grateful for your support of Billings Public Schools.
