East Coast Throwdown 2019 - Vendor Booth Application
Thank you for your interest to exhibit at East Coast Throwdown 2019! We greatly appreciate your application and we're excited at the prospect of working together.

That said, for 2019, we have enforced a few Vendor policies we will be very strict on. Please see the below.

1) All Vendor spaces are inclusive of a standard 6' x 2.5' table footprint for $250 per table.

2 )Vendors are accepted on a first come first serve basis with full payment deposit due within 14 days of acceptance. Failure to submit deposit on time will result in forfeit of Vendor table and reapplication is required.

3) Vendors are prohibited from selling non-licensed merchandise (artist interpretation based work is acceptable), tobacco, food, beverages, weapons (including realistic props), alcohol, tobacco or vape products.

4) If multiple tables are required for your Vendor display, additional tables must be purchased at full price.

5) All Vendor booths come with 2 Spectator passes. Additional passes must be purchased in full unless mutually agreed upon.
