Reminder of Terms and Conditions:
No Refunds for cancellations. Payments are due in full prior to setting up your booth. There is a discounted booth rate if payment is received prior to November 1.
Vendors must provide their own tables, displays, and chairs.
Limited electric outlets are available for an addition fee on a limited basis and are first come first serve, please request an electric booth if you need an outlet.
Vendors may not sell any type of food, drink, or any products that are deemed unsafe.
Set-up times are 5-9am on December 4.
Booths will be indoors. Rent costs vary depending on booth location.
Booths do NOT include table and chairs, these must be provided by the vendor.
Vendors are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of their space(s).
Vendors cannot impair other booths (i.e. sign or display blockage).
Vendors keep all profits from their booths.

Vending Times
Vendors will be allowed on the premises starting at 5:00 am. The doors for the marketplace will open at 9:00 am. The marketplace ends at 4:00 pm.

Please review the booth description and pricing list, booth and school maps in order to make your booth selections. Booths will be assigned first come, first served. Booth map will also be updated as booths are sold.

Once booth space has been secured you will receive an invoice with the assigned booth information and amount due. If payment is not received within one week booth and vendor spot will be reopened.
