Course Description:
Mat Pilates is the most fundamental form of Pilates training. This class guides you through a series of core, strength, and stretching exercises performed on the mat. With a focus on breathing and body control, it trains the deep core muscles, improves posture, and enhances stability. Suitable for all levels, it effectively strengthens overall fitness and helps prevent sports-related injuries.

Target Audience: Ages 40 and above
Certified Instructor: Ellen Stasik
Equipment: Please bring your own yoga mat, approximately 1/3 inch or 8.3 mm thick.
