  1. You will be required to send your book (PDF copy) for evaluation if your book is SHORTLISTED during the initial application screening.
  2. The physical book sent for final verification will become a part of our permanent repository and will not be returned. The processing FEE for Author Branding applies only to authors who are selected after multiple levels of evaluation. This fee is provided for information purposes only and is not applicable to your book at this round.
  3. You are agreeing to PAY the Author Promotion & Branding FEE if your book is selected for award. To know the Details of Processing Fee connect with our executives,  or  check landing page on website.      
  4. The award ceremony will be held in INDIA 15th June 2025. You may attend the ceremony in person, or choose to receive the award at your home via courier.
  5. You have the right to apply for the book award for a co-authored book as well (if applicable).
  6. Kindle books are also eligible for this award. You must submit a PDF copy of the book for evaluation.
  7. All books, whether self-published or published by any publishing house, are eligible for this award.
  8. The application is open to authors of all nationalities.
  9. Reservation of Rights: The award management reserves the right to amend, update, change, or withdraw any of the award provisions at any time.
  10. This year, we are accepting nominations not limited to the year 2024. Books published in any year are welcome to apply.
  11. We are seeking books that matter — works that have the power to transform readers' lives. If your book carries such impact, we encourage you to apply.
  12. Please note: Your book’s nomination is currently under review. Filling out this application form does not guarantee your selection for the next round. All selections are strictly merit-based.
  13. This award is organized by BIP Events and Awards in collaboration with Bhabad  International Publication.
